Among the green hills of Alto Monferrato, a large estate where you can find refuge in a timeless environment. The property is for the most part restored and is set amidst the woods on the property for almost 9 hectares, formerly used as pastureland for horses. The complex is L-shaped. On one side there is the living unit on three levels for a total of approx. 250 sqm. Here there are two living quarters (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). Both accommodations consist of a kitchen, two rooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is a further room with a bathroom with separate access. The other wing of the structure, on the other hand, represents the accommodation part and is divided on three floors for a total of approximately 300 square metres. All the materials used in the creation of this unit, harmonise nicely with the surrounding nature. Behind the farmhouse we find the farm buildings, most of which consist of stables for the horses. Until a few years ago, in fact, the estate also included an equestrian centre. These rural buildings are located in a reserved area in the first lands of the large park that extends to the surrounding hills. Right on the hill, in a dominant position, there is also the rectangle for horses. In this considerable park, an infinity pool could eventually be built, reminiscent of a natural pool facing the gentler slope.
