Partially renovated Piedmontese farmhouse, with the main façade facing south-east and free on three sides. Enchanting position amidst nature and open view of the valley with the mountains in the distance. The house is surrounded by 1,100 sqm of garden. The residential part, measuring a total of about 205 square metres, consists of two residential units with separate entrances. The first accommodation is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom; on the first floor there are two other rooms. The other accommodation, on the first floor, consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a bedroom. On the ground floor, there is a cellar and a storeroom, for a total of approximately 65 square metres. The building still retains many features from the end of the 19th century, which can be enhanced, such as terracotta floors still present in some rooms, and brick vaults. Also included in the offer are some ancillary buildings totalling approximately 105 sqm. There would then be the possibility of annexing approximately two hectares of adjacent land with a separate offer.
SITEWe are in southern Piedmont, in the municipality of Masio, a small town where the Monferrato hills slope down to the plain. In a quarter of an hour by car you can reach Nizza Monferrato, and in about half an hour Asti and Alessandria; about forty minutes Alba, an hour Turin and an hour and a half Milan. Ten minutes away is the Felizzano motorway exit, and 17 km away is the Alessandria Sud exit (the A26 motorway, which connects Lake Maggiore to Genoa). The village is part of the Piedmontese territory, which in 2014 was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The gentle hills in the area and the distance from the big cities offer the best conditions for a peaceful life and for pleasant walks or bike rides.
