SITEWe are in the south of Piedmont, in Castelnuovo Belbo, a small, quiet village where the Monferrato hills begin. The property is a ten-minute drive from Nizza Monferrato, half an hour from the motorway exits, about an hour from Genoa airport and an hour and a half from those of Turin and Milan. The agricultural and residential characteristics of the area allow for an excellent quality of life, with the possibility of walking and cycling in the midst of nature. We would also point out that in the village of Castelnuovo, a few hundred metres from the property, there is a grocery shop, tobacconist, pizzeria and bar. There is also a bank, post office, pharmacy, kindergarten and primary school. The middle school is just a five-minute drive away, in the neighbouring village, and nearby Nizza Monferrato offers a good choice of high schools, as well as cinemas, various shops and supermarkets. There is also a generous offer of open-air markets, particularly the one in Nizza Monferrato on Friday mornings. Also in Nizza Monferrato, there is the well-known antiques market every third Sunday of the month.
