Ancient noble palace with garden and panoramic view

Charming noble residence, built in the seventeenth century. The L-shaped building that runs along the road, internally overlooks the garden and the valley below, with a panoramic view. A double door portal leads to a large hall with an umbrella vault and two rooms as well as to a corridor, the kitchen, two service rooms and a large living room, overlooking the valley. All the rooms are vaulted and have lunette. From the corridor, through a stone staircase, you go down to the cellar, with exposed brick vaults. The restaurant is also accessible from the garden via an external staircase, as well as via a double door driveway on the side of the valley, where the degradation of the land allowed, in the past, access to the cellar to bring the grapes to be vinified. A double flight of stairs with a vaulted ceiling leads to the upper floor, where we find five bedrooms and two bathrooms with vaulted ceilings, large windows, period doors with frames and medallions. The staircase continues and leads to a mezzanine floor with two rooms, and to the attic with an exposed roof. While maintaining the characteristics of the building, it is advisable to intervene with an overall restructuring of the same with replacement of the external systems and windows. The structure of the building is in local stone and brick. The cellars and some other rooms could be enhanced by sandblasting the walls and vaults. The dwelling is suitable as a private home or tourist-accommodation facility. In the garden it is possible to create a scenic weir pool or possibly (by acquiring more land towards the valley to be annexed to the one already available) to expand the garden, creating a park or perhaps a vegetable garden or orchard.
